A new year for new opportunities
So post Christmas allows a little time to reflect on 2017; on both our successes and our new goals for the coming year. What’s important in business (and in life) is always to feel that you are moving forward; and the saying ‘evolve or die’ has become even more apt in today’s fast-paced business world.
At Stable it’s something that we are always mindful of which is why we continue to ask; why do we do what we do? Asking this question connects us with our purpose and makes sure that everything we do is aligned with this.
So our forums are all about creating the platform for you to connect and do business. We want to help you use your time effectively and deliver events that educate and inform and contribute to moving their respective sectors forward. We also believe that business can and should be enjoyable, and we think the formula of seminars, meetings and networking over one and half days ticks all the boxes. We like to think we offer something different.
So we took a bold step in 2017 delivering our first cross sector event with the sustainable estates forum in June, and we also ran some of our forums at a new venue this year, Heythrop Park Resort. Being bold and innovative keeps us fresh and forward-looking, and so we’re pleased to announce that we have a new forum planned for March – the housebuilding forum. This new forum that will run alongside the hee forum will bring together developers, contractors, registered providers, architects, and manufacturers and suppliers across the sector. It’s widely recognised that we have a housing crisis in this country, and the seminar programme will discuss meet the shortage of both public and private homes including the use of offsite and modular build, adaptable design for multi-generational living and innovations such rail overbuild and airspace opportunities.
We’re very proud to support you in your business endeavours and hope that you will attend one or more of our events this year; you can find out more at www.stable-events.co.uk .We hope that you are returning to work refreshed, relaxed and excited about the potential of 2018.
